A new life for Ogden’s Imperial Tobacco Factory

24 September 2015

BCA have obtained planning approval securing a new life for Ogden’s Imperial Tobacco Factory in Liverpool.

The adaptive re-use of this building creates 19 luxury apartments for the private residential market. The site has been the subject of numerous planning applications in the past and we are delighted that we have been able to unlock the use of this existing Listed building and pave the way for a high quality residential development on the remaining area of the site. The project will be developed by Liverpool Mutual Homes and Countryside Properties.

With over 40 years experience in the adaptation and sustainable re-use of buildings including working with significant heritage assets, we can provide a wealth of commercial advice on maximising the potential of existing property. Contact us for more information
