A £2.7M transformation of a derelict former Victorian Railway shed to provide 1842 m² of ‘Grade A’ BREEAM Very Good contemporary office accommodation.

A series of new glazed openings created along the Shore Road elevation flood the existing space with natural light. A new steel frame mezzanine level makes maximum use of the double height space creating an efficient BCO compliant flexible open plan office. A dramatic bridge connects the new mezzanine with an existing redundant area now transformed to provide ancillary flexible break-out space.

Highly efficient and flexible lighting, heating and building services complete this dramatic refurbishment. The building is fully let and occupied within 6 months of completion.
