Continuing the success of The Keel, Brock Carmichael are now working with Developers Glenbrook and investor Moorfield on phase 2 of the project. This new build development will bring 257 luxury PRS apartments to the City in 2017.
The aim for Phase 2 is to deliver an exciting new residential development, which positively contributes to the environment and quality of the Liverpool Waterfront and provides well designed and well managed new homes which the city needs. The wider team take a long term investment approach, and will carefully manage all aspects of the proposed development from its construction through to its operation and long term management, to create a high quality residential development that will foster a genuine sense of community amongst residents and endure for many years to come.
The proposals are for two 8 storey residential blocks located either side of the existing graving Dock. It will provide:
- 257 apartments.
- A range of communal uses for future residents including a large common area (for co-working etc.)
- 77 car parking spaces (including 12 disabled)
- 72 secure cycle spaces
- External amenity space
- New pedestrian and vehicular entrances on Half Tide Wharf and use of existing access points from Kings Parade (through The Keel).
