International award winning architects Brock Carmichael has appointed two new associates and congratulates two newly qualified architects
Ben Kent and Jamie McShane have qualified as Architects.
Ben spent 14 months working in a practice in Shanghai, China, before joining Brock Carmichael. He also presents a weekly radio phone-in show for BBC Radio Merseyside. Ben is working on several landmark residential schemes including The Rise for Primesite Developments and the scheme in Sutton for Watkin Jones.
Ian Jones and Phil Malthouse have been promoted to Associate.
Ian joined Brock Carmichael in 2014. He has been working on a portfolio of current and completed projects for key clients in the education sector including City of Liverpool College and Ruthin School and is leading on the new commission for Killer Ink.
Phil joined Brock Carmichael in 2016. He is leading the detailed architectural design on Hive City Dock, the £50M, 286 unit PRS development for Your Housing Group’s Hive brand at Princes Dock and a 130 unit extra care scheme for Torus in St. Helens.
