Brock Carmichael Continues Student Mentoring in 2022

Brock Carmichael are proud to be continuing as a Student Mentoring Practice into 2022, under the RIBA Future Architects Student Mentoring Programme.

The programme enables architecture students to gain an insight into the working world of architecture, with sessions covering areas such as CV writing, discussion of live projects, the business of architecture, and office life.

Jonathan Farrell and Tom Greenhill, both architects at Brock Carmichael, are mentors to several architecture students at the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University for the second year running.

Jonathan says:

‘Mentoring has been a great way to engage with and support the next generation of architects, and we often find that we get as much out of the sessions as the students – from topical issues to career progression, the discussions are always challenging and insightful, and good chance to reflect back on my own career’.

You can find out more about the Student Mentoring Programme through the RIBA website.
