Grade I listed, international private members casino. This former Georgian town house is the last surviving by Architect William Kent.
Reorder of ground and first floor gaming areas, creation of ‘tented’ garden patio extension with gaming and members smoking lounge, refurbishment of upper floor private gaming suites and staff accommodation.
11,000 sq. feet total floor area, £320,000 approx. fit out value. Being Grade I listed, but with the works consisting of a ‘temporary’ external structure, minor alterations and redecoration, the works were undertaken by agreement with consent, in consultation with Westminster Council Conservation Officer.
In recognition of an outstanding contribution to Westminster’s heritage the Club was awarded honours as part of quarter centenary of the City of Westminster.
