Guinness Point

Located in the heart of Trafford Park Industrial Zone, this warehouse and office facility provides 68,000 sqft of product storage, distribution and administration for Sainsbury Argos.

The contract was initially a speculative development by our client Harbet procured on a design build basis with project Managers Black Cat Consultancy. The warehouse area is one single space 63,000 sqft, 12m clear internal height with column spans of 35m.

Access to the warehouse is via 3no. sunken dock levelers with high bay door openings with auto roller shutters. Also to facilitate van distribution, the picker lines are served by 4no. standard roller shutter doors at slab level.

The two-storey office block of 5,000 sqft, over the two storeys, provides warehouse staff support and distribution administration for 60 staff.

Completion was achieved in October 2022 and the final account was £7M.
