The Club House

This project brief called for new build themed bar and restaurant on Liverpool ONE’s Chavasse Park. When you first see The Club House, you won’t quite believe that you’re in the middle of the city centre. The decor oozes Hamptons glamour with the beach house look and feel.

Set on two floors overlooking the Park, the restaurant will offer an exciting new venue with internal and external dining and food prepared in an external permanent grill and barbecue. It will provide 600 covers overall, with 6500sqft of operation internal space.

Brock Carmichael have acted as technical and co-ordinating architect, helping to deliver the shell building, and working closely with lead designer, Paul Danson Imagineering. We are also appointed as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 for the Fitting Out works.

Brock Carmichael have assisted resolution of a number of unique technical challenges, structural co-ordination and waterproofing issues of building above an existing operational shopping complex, in close dialogue with the Landlord Team, and in co-ordination of internal services, bar and kitchen equipment.
